Chow Hound Now Offering Positive Dog Training Classes and Pet Wellness Clinics

Grand Rapids, MI (February 26, 2020) – Chow Hound Pet Supplies has expanded its services by offering positive pet training at all Chow Hound locations and Pet Wellness Clinics at several locations starting in March.

Chow Hound Positive Dog Training Classes give pet owners the tools and strategies to help their dog reach their full potential. Pet owners learn how to socialize their pet and how to prevent unwanted behaviors. Dogs learn the basic doggy manners that make living with a pet a joy. All trainers are certified by the Animal Behavior College, AKC, or are a graduate of Pet Training Apprentice Program and have a minimum of 5 years of training experience.

The fee for each 6-week class is $135, which includes a $25 non-refundable deposit plus $110 due at the first class. Pre-registration is recommended. Pet parents can register online or visit their local Chow Hound store.

The Pet Wellness Clinics will be offered at several Chow Hound locations. The clinics are conducted in partnership with VIP Petcare, and will offer services including vaccinations, microchipping, nail trims and grinds, deworming, and heartworm prevention.

“Chow Hound Pet Supplies is excited to now offer convenient evening and weekend training classes and pet wellness clinics,” said Brannon Dixon, CEO of Chow Hound Pet Supplies. “We’re always looking for new ways to assist pet parents and accommodate their busy schedules.”
